VINOD K. MEHTA
He is the founder of Vinod K. Mehta & Co. and based in Mumbai. He leads the Corporate Audit practice for the firm.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (majoring in Advanced Accounting) from the University of Bombay and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1964.
DIVYESH V. MEHTA
He is the partner of Vinod K. Mehta & Co. and based in Mumbai. He leads the Corporate Structuring, Audit, and Corporate Taxation practice for the firm.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (majoring in Advanced Accounting) from the University of Bombay and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. Divyesh has undertaken training on FERA under Rashmin Sanghvi & Co. and later on joined the Firm. He handles vast variety of clients in various fields such as manufacturing, engineering, service and trading. He also leads the business restructuring area of the firm.
PARESH V. MEHTA
He is the partner of Vinod K. Mehta & Co. and based in Mumbai. He leads the Corporate Audit, Management Audit, Software and System Evaluation and Implementation
He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (majoring in Advanced Accounting) from the University of Bombay and qualified as a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India in 1990. He subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993.
Immediately after clearing two post graduate qualifications, he has joined the Firm and is a pioneer in starting Management Audit (including Internal Audit) and System Evaluation and Implementation
After Gaining rich experience and expertise on ERP, he has written a book called ERP EXPLORER published by Western Indian Regional Council of ICAI.

Achievements
Mr. Divyesh V. Mehta has delivered various presentations on Taxation of LLP, Mergers and Demergers and Business Restructuring and Development before various professional forums such as Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and its affiliated Study Circles.
Mr. Paresh V. Mehta is the author of the book ERP EXPLORER published by Western Indian Regional Council of ICAI. He has also delivered various presentations on ERP - Selection, Evaluation, Audit under ERP Enviroment.
